- How does life manifest through you? What drives you and what's your purpose?
Inner Resource: Recall a time when you felt completely at ease.
- Is there a specific memory, person, or thing that helps you feel calm and cared for? If not a memory, consider what you're grateful for.
Reflective Questions:
- Clarifying Your Mission: What is one personal intention that resonates deeply with your greater life purpose? How does this small step connect to your larger mission?
- Drawing Strength from the Past: When you recall a moment of feeling completely at ease, what details or sensations stand out the most? How can you draw upon this memory as a source of strength in your daily life?
- Gratitude and Purpose: What aspects of your life are you most grateful for right now, and how do they align with your purpose or heartfelt mission? How might this gratitude guide your actions moving forward?
