If you don’t already do what you want to do, make it something you feel like you could achieve in a couple of months, if you build up to it, and be realistic - even if it’s ten minutes, 15, 20 - that’s great. Some of you might even exercise more than you want to.

 

Now think about what, if anything, gets in the way of your exercising the way you want to. We are going to separate it into two categories. Things OUTSIDE of me that get in the way (work schedule, kids, other commitments, no good workout place, etc), and then, things INSIDE of me that get in the way (I’m too tired/fried from work, I need down time, exercise bores me, I’m drinking or smoking, etc).
