Gratitude and Recharge Reflection

Objective: Focus on acknowledging what you’re grateful for and identify activities that help recharge your energy, giving you tools for maintaining well-being and resilience.

1. Gratitude Journaling:
  • Reflection: Take a few moments to reflect on the things in your life that bring you joy, peace, or fulfillment. Write down three things you are grateful for. These could be big or small, personal or professional, recent or long-standing. Examples might include your health, a supportive team, or simply enjoying a good cup of coffee.
  • Journaling Prompt:
    • What are three things you're grateful for today?
    • How do these things contribute to your overall well-being and mindset?
2. Recharge Activities List:
  • Self-Care Reflection: Now, think about activities that help you feel recharged. What restores your energy and brings you a sense of calm or joy? It might be a hobby, spending time with loved ones, exercising, or taking quiet moments for yourself.
  • Write down three activities that recharge you. Reflect on how each of these activities makes you feel and why you find them important for your mental and physical well-being. Examples might include exercise, reading, meditation, spending time with family, or being in nature.
  • Journaling Prompt:
    • What are three activities that make you feel recharged and alive?
    • How do these activities affect your energy and mindset during stressful moments?
3. Plan to Integrate:
  • Actionable Plan: After reflecting, think about how you can intentionally incorporate these activities into your routine or your upcoming week. Write down one way you can prioritize one of the activities or find time for gratitude reflection every day.
  • Question for Reflection:
    • How can you ensure that these activities or moments of gratitude become a regular part of your life, especially in high-stress or challenging times?
