What is 720° Health: Mind-Body Resilience Training?
720° Health: Mind-Body Resilience Training is a 12-week online program tailored to enhance the health and resilience of law enforcement professionals, including both sworn personnel and professional staff. The program begins with a personal health assessment for each participant, which generates a customized plan focused on improving key areas of wellness that can create meaningful and lasting change. The goal is for participants to begin creating new health and well-being habits by engaging in wellness activities for at least 10 minutes a day. Sessions are available online to complete at your convenience, and live Zoom classes are also offered throughout the program.

- Personal Health Surveys: Participants complete three confidential surveys throughout the program to assess and guide their progress.
- Flexible Time Commitment: Participants dedicate 12-24 hours over three months to self-paced, online activities that fit your schedule. This could be paced out at 10 minutes per day.
- Daily Health Check-Ins: Participants answer brief 1-2 question surveys six days a week for health reminders and progress tracking.
